Support the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventative, predictive, and condition monitoring maintenance. Improve maintenance performance by continually striving to reduce downtime through proactive planning.
Review work orders for completion and enter completed work orders into the Maintenance computer system (Enterprise Asset Management; EAM)
Update work order status
Lead daily/weekly scheduling meeting with Production and Maintenance to ensure that maintenance work is scheduled in a timely fashion
Publish and monitor weekly schedule
Identify and prepare Maintenance management reports as needed
Monitor all business unit KPI’s
Support operational excellence process improvement teams through active involvement and engagement. Create corrective work orders (from CmPM work orders) as needed
Various data entry and reporting for business unit needs; for example, labor entry and tracking, safety metrics, etc.
Assist as needed during Maintenance Planner absence
Assist in developing and posting weekly work schedules
Assist in tracking Purchase Card transactions, and invoice tracking on parts
Miscellaneous office duties, including maintaining and ordering of office supplies
Other duties as required to meet business demands
Coordinate with other Business Units for personnel and material and asset scheduling, tracking, and allocation.
High School degree required; post-secondary education a plus
One to two years experience in administrative/clerical tasks is preferred
Strong organizational and effective communication skills
Basic computer skills with operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn other company-specific software systems
Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
