A multi-year rotational development position in the Sales and Marketing Department designed to attract and grow future commercial leaders. This position will be focused on gaining hands-on experience across all commercial functions including, sales, marketing, business management, customer service, and logistics with the intent to develop a strong commercial skill set, robust product and market knowledge, and overall business acumen. The Sales & Marketing Analyst will be expected to support leaders in each function, coordinate various daily commercial activities, take on specific projects, and serve as an effective liaison between the commercial departments. The position will operate in a high-volume environment with a moderate amount of ambiguity. Product, market and process training as well as ongoing mentorship will be provided, however the position is expected to be a self-starter, with an intrinsic intellectual curiosity and desire to drive results. Individual will be expected to maintain a strong internal and external customer service focus.
